Having in view your Circular Despatch of

the 5th. of December last, the opportunity has been taken to

include in this volume those of the Colonial Rules and Regula-

tions which should be made readily accessible to those con-

cerned.

As requested by your Despatch No. 307 of

the 24th. of last September, I have mphasized Rule 62 in the

General Orders by the issue of a special Circular, of which I

enclose copies.
